Is this really free? What's the catch?

Yes, free forever for individual reps. We make money when recruiters and sales orgs license access to the talent pool — and only when reps opt in to be visible. We never charge you, and we never sell your identity.

What if my manager won't verify my numbers?

Peer verification works. So does a former manager, a RevOps partner, or anyone who has line-of-sight to your CRM. Numbers that aren't yet verified still appear on your card — at half weight in your score. Verified numbers carry full weight and get a green check on the card.

Is my data private? Who can see it?

Your card is private by default. You control what's public, what's behind an authenticated link, and whether recruiters can find you. You can switch any of these toggles off — or delete your card entirely — in one click.

What if my company forbids sharing performance numbers?

Most "do not share" policies refer to customer data, not your personal performance numbers. That said: you decide what you upload, and unverified data is clearly marked. Many reps share only with verified recruiters under NDA.

I'm new to sales — can I even claim a card?

Yes. Claim your card on day 1, log your first quarter when it closes, and build the record forward. Reps who start early get a stronger 8-quarter record by the time they're in their first job change.

How is the 1–100 score actually calculated?

Your score is built on quota attainment, weighted toward your track record. 80% comes from your average quota attainment across all quarters, 10% from your most recent quarter, and 10% from your pipeline opportunities per quarter. Verified quarters count at full weight; unverified at half — so verifying your numbers strengthens your score. It recalculates automatically whenever your numbers or verifications change.

What if I leave sales for a while and come back?

Your record stays. Reactivate any time. The score gets recalculated when you log your next verified quarter.
